摘要
《礼记·学记》是我国第一部德育教育学专著,其中对德育施教时机、施教尺度与施教方式的论述,包含了较为系统的德育教学专业化思想。《学记》认为,德育教师的基本素养首先就是对德育工作的真诚与信念,强调教师与学生达成心灵的共鸣,要求教师保持谨慎、有节律的教学尺度以保护、激发学生的德育热情和道德认知,最终促成学生的道德自觉。
The Book of Rites is the first monograph on moral education in China. Its discussion on the timing, the scale and the method of moral education composes a systematical thought. The book points out that the fundamental quality of the moral educator is sincerity and faith. It emphasizes the mental resonance between students and the teacher, and it also requires the teachers to be cautious about the rhythm of teaching so as to protect the students' moral enthusiasm and awareness, and ultimately contributes to the moral consciousness of students.
