摘要
课程教学改革是不断探索与完善的过程,通过对食品微生物检验课程教学模式改革初步探讨,促进课程向实践方面转化,提高学生的动手操作能力和综合素质,从而增强学生的社会竞争力与适应能力。
Teaching reform is a process of continuously exploration and improvement. By preliminary discussion on the teaching reform of food microbiology test, this paper aims to improve the students' practical skills and comprehensive quality, thus enhancing their competitiveness and resilience.
