血必净注射液治疗重症肺炎的疗效研究

A research on therapeutic effect of Xuebijing injection for treatment of severe pneumonia

目的观察联合应用血必净治疗重症肺炎的疗效。方法选取2012年4月-2015年6月医院收治的重症肺炎患者88例,所有患者按用药指征分为对照组40例与治疗组48例,对照组给予呼吸支持、化痰、脏器功能保护、营养支持及合并症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中成药血必净,观察临床症状、炎症指标(CRP、PCT)及动脉血气分析变化。结果治疗组的临床症状、炎症指标及血脉血氧合指数较对照组好转更早更快。结论联合应用血必净治疗重症肺炎能取得更好疗效。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of associateing with Xuebijing for treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods 88 cases of severe pneumonia patients were divided into control group （40 cases） and treatment group （48 cases） according to the treatment.all patients received respire supporting, reducing phlegm,organs function protecting, nutrition supporting and complication trestment , the patients of treatment group were treated additionally with Xuebijing .The changes of clinical symptoms ,inflammation indexs （ CRP、PCT） and arterial blood -gas analysis were observed .Results The changes of clinical symptoms ,inflammation indexs and arterial blood -gas analysis of treatment group improved more rapidly in early phase than that of control group .Conclusion The better clinical therapeutic was obtaining of associating with Xuebijing for treatment of severe pneumonia .
