摘要
文章提出了一种数字接口电路故障诊断方法,利用被测件自身实现的电路功能对被测件的硬件通道进行单一测试用例、复合测试用例、针对性测试用例等测试,最终定位故障器件。该方法不改变被测件的技术状态,在提高自动化程度的同时降低了故障误判率。
In this paper ,a digital interface circuit fault diagnosis method is presented .Single test case , complex test case and pertinence test case on hardware channel of test parts are designed by using the circuit function of them to detect and locate the fault in test parts .This method need not change tech-no-state of test parts ,and it can improve test automation degree and reduce fault misjudgment rate .
