摘要 目的:优选丹参茎叶的提取工艺.方法:采用HPLC测定含量,流动相甲醇—乙腈—甲酸—水(30∶10∶1∶59),检测波长286 nm.以丹酚酸B和迷迭香酸提取量的综合评分为指标,通过正交试验考察溶媒用量、提取时间和提取次数对丹参茎叶提取工艺的影响.结果:优选的提取工艺为A_2B_3C_2,即12倍量的20%乙醇,提取2次,每次1.5 h.结论:优选的提取工艺稳定、合理,指标成分提取率较高,可为丹参资源的开发利用提供参考. The paper is going to optimize the extraction process of Salvia Miltiorrhiza stem and leaf.HPLC is used to determine the content of mobile phase methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid water( 30∶10∶ 1∶ 59),and the detection wavelength is 286 nm. By using the comprehensive score of salvianolic acid B and the extraction of rosmarinic acid content as the index,the effects of solvent dosage,extraction time and extraction frequency on the stems and leaves of Salvia Miltiorrhiza extraction process are tested through orthogonal test. The results show that the optimal extraction process is A2B3C2,that is,12 times of the amount of 20% ethanol,2 times of extraction with 1. 5 h each time. The conclusion drawn in the paper is that the optimized extraction process is efficient and stable. The extraction rate of the index component is comparatively high. Therefore,the optimized extraction process can be used for reference for the development and utilization of Salvia Miltiorrhiza.
