摘要
聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝质量决定着碳纤维最终性能,目前是制约我国碳纤维工业发展的重要因素。本文详细介绍了国内外PAN原丝的发展现状,对目前国内外纺丝工艺所用纺丝方法和溶剂等发展状况进行了系统的阐述。并针对提高PAN原丝性能的方法进行介绍。
The quality of the PAN precursor is the key factor to obtain carbon fibers with good performance. It has become one of the important factors that control the development of our country's carbon fiber. In this thesis, the development and current research situation of PAN precursor are mainly introduced. Also, the development of spinning method and solvent used in the spinning technology are introduced. In addition, the methods to improve the performance of PAN precursor are reviewed.
