摘要
从我国省域层面出发,研究了省域国家级科技企业孵化器的区域差异与集聚度,利用数据包络分析对我国省域国家级科技企业孵化器的投入产出效率进行了测算。以各省域DEA效率为基础,运用全局自相关和局部自相关分析了我国省域国家级孵化器效率的空间关联性和模式。研究结果表明:我国省域国家级孵化器数量存在较大差异,并且分布不均匀,各省域国家级科技企业孵化器的投入产出效率之间存在显著差异;各省域孵化器综合效率存在空间关联性,而纯技术效率、规模效率和全要素生产率不存在空间自相关性,省域国家级孵化器综合效率空间关联模式呈现出三种类型:high-high型,high-low型和low-high型。
The paper analyzes regional differences,agglomeration degree and the input-output efficiency of national business incubators in 29 provinces of China from 2009 to 2012. Based on data envelopment analysis( DEA),the paper uses global and local spatial autocorrelation analysis to analyze the spatial correlation and patterns of national incubators. The results indicate that national incubators have a huge difference in numbers and input-output efficiency,and they have an uneven distribution. The number of incubators and combined efficiency display spatial autocorrelation,while pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and TFP don't display spatial autocorrelation. The spatial correlation patterns of combined efficiency display three types,high-high,high-low and low-high.
