我国跨国企业集团由于发展历史较短,在对境外企业的管理过程中不可避免地面临机遇和挑战,企业档案作为公司管理的有机组成和生产经营活动的重要记录,其管理必然也需要探求适应不同地域、文化、法律的模式和途径。本文旨在通过分析当前境外企业档案管理现状,探讨加强其管理的方法和手段,并展望未来境外企业档案管理的发展趋势及方向。

Due to the short history of the development of multinational conglomerates in China, it faces the inevitable opportunities and challenges in the management process of overseas subsidiary. As an integral part and vital records of production and business process, the management of enterprise archives needs to seek modes and means to adapt to different regions, culture and law. This paper aims to analyze the cur- rent status of overseas subsidiary archives management, explores ways and approaches to strengthen its management and prospects trends and directions of overseas subsidiary arthives management in the future.
