颅脑超声在诊断新生儿脑室周围-脑室内出血中的应用价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨颅脑超声在诊断新生儿脑室周围-脑室内出血(PIVH)中的应用价值.方法 对本院50例新生儿进行常规颅脑超声检查,所有新生儿均出生3~7d.其中观察组为早产儿、低体重儿、窒息史以及异常分娩史患儿25例,对照组为本院足月出生新生儿25例,并对两组新生儿的CT检查结果进行对照.结果 本次研究共诊断出脑室周围-脑室内出血患儿26例,其中观察组16例,对照组10例;其中有Ⅰ级16(32%)例,Ⅱ级7(14%)例,Ⅲ级2(4%)例,Ⅳ级1(2%)例.观察组的发病率为64%,明显高于对照组的40%,两组间比较,x2=11.5385,P=0.0006,差异有统计学意义.结论 新生儿脑室周围-脑室内出血进行超声检查简便有效,且无辐射,可以反复进行检查. Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatal periventricular-intraventricular hemorrhage (PIVH).Methods 50 newborns from our hospital took routine ultrasound examination.All the infants were born 3-7 d.The 25 cases of the observation group was premature and low birth weight infants and had asphyxia history and the mothers had abnormal birth history.The 25 cases of the control group was term birth infants born at our hospital.The results of CT examination were compared between these two groups.Results 26 children,16 in the observation group and 10 in the control group,were diagnosed with PITV;among which,16 cases (32%) were grade Ⅰ,7 (14%) grade Ⅱ,2 (4%) grade Ⅲ cases,and 1 (2%) grade Ⅳ.The incidence of PITV was 64% in the observation group and 40% in the control group,with a statistical difference (x2=11.5385,P =0.0006).Conclusions Ultrasound in diagnosis of neonatal PITV is simple and effective,has no radiation,and can be repeatedly checked.
