制霉菌素栓剂与凯妮汀阴道给药治疗复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病临床疗效和安全性分析

Analysis on clinical efficacy and safety of nystatin suppositories and Kennety vaginal administration in treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis

目的探究凯妮汀和制霉菌素栓剂通过阴道方式给药对外阴阴道念珠菌疾病反复发作实施治疗的安全性与临床效果。方法选取在陈星海医院接受治疗的88例外阴阴道念珠菌感染反复发作的患者作为研究对象,将其平均分为两组,凯妮汀组与制霉菌素栓剂组,分别通过阴道给药的方式给予凯妮汀以及制霉菌素栓剂治疗,对比分析两组研究对象出现不良反应的情况以及治疗的效果和复发情况。结果凯妮汀组研究对象不良反应发生率(4.54%)低于制霉菌素栓剂组(36.37%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。凯妮汀组研究对象总有效率(88.63%)高于制霉菌素栓剂组(63.63%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。凯妮汀组研究对象的复发率(6.82%)低于制霉菌素栓剂组(38.64%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凯妮汀治疗外阴阴道念珠菌感染疾病反复发作的临床效果显著,安全性较高,较少复发,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of nystatin suppositories and Kennety vaginal administration in treat- ment of recurrent vulvovaginal eandidiasis. Methods Eighty-eight patients with recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis were selected from the hospital and divided into nystatin suppository group and Kennety vaginal administration group. The patients in the two groups were treated by nystatin suppositories and Kennety vaginal administration, respectively. The incidence rates of adverse reactions, curative effects, and recur- rence rates in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions in Kennety vaginal administra- tion group was 4. 54%, which was statistically significantly lower than that in nystatin suppository group （36. 37% ） （P〈O. 05 ） . The total effective in Kennety vaginal administration group was 88.63% , which was statistically significantly higher than that in nystatin suppository group （63.63%） （P〈0. 05 ） . The recurrence rate in Kennety vaginal administration group was 6. 82% , which was statistically significantly lower than that in nystatin suppository group （38.64%） （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The clinical effect of Kennety vaginal administration in treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis is significant, the safety is high, the recurrence rate is low, the method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
