老年痴呆患者照料者健康教育需求调查与分析

The tender's demand for health in families with senile dementia patients

目的了解老年痴呆患者家庭照料者对护理指导的需求。方法采用自编一般问卷调查表对50例老年痴呆患者的照料者进行问卷式调查,对调查结果进行分析。结果照料者对老年痴呆相关知识及护理方法的需求率达到了100%,而且100%的照料者希望能够得到专业医疗机构的指导、电话咨询和定期讲座等。结论对老年痴呆家庭照料者有针对性地提供指导及社会支持,可减轻照顾者的负担,使患者得到更好的康复护理,以延缓疾病的发展,提高生活质量。

Objectives To understands the tender＇s demand for health in families with senile dementia patients. Methods De- livering questionnaires to 50 examples who are tenders of senile dementia patients, and then analyzing the results of those question- naires. Results There is a fully demand for senile dementia related knowledge, including clinical manifestation, medieine and diet, among those tenders, meanwhile, 100% of them look forward to the guidance from professional agencies, telephone counseling and regular lectures. Conclusions It is necessary to give those tenders specialized instructions in order to make sure that patients can get more efficient recovery nursing, and to slow down the disease, improving living standards.
