眼科病床分配优化模型研究及应用

摘要 目的对眼科病床分配的优化模型进行探究,以便其更好地应用于临床。方法对该院眼科病房不同类型患者的排队模型数据进行回顾研究,利用分配参数以及已成形的计算机排队规则模拟程序,探讨比对不同类型眼科患者的入院时间、手术时间,在得出不同类型眼科患者等待时间的概率分布情况后,进而根据得出的患者入院、手术时间的置信区间后,最终确定最佳的病床分配方案。结果经对眼科不同类型患者的入院、手术时间进行系统的统计分析后得出新的病床优化统计模型,即M/G/m系统。该系统有效地建立了眼科病人病床分配过程中最短的逗留时间以及最佳的病床分配模型。结论较之传统的病床分配模型,眼科病床分配优化模型不仅更加科学、合理,而且患者等待逗留时间短,值得推广应用。 Objective To further on ophthalmology sickbed allocation optimization model to explore, in order to better appli-cation in clinic. Methods To our hospital ophthalmology ward in different types of patients queuing model data were re-viewed retrospectively, the distribution parameters and the computer has formed the queuing rules simulation program to ex-plore the alignment time of admission, the patients with different types of eye, operation time, in that different types of oph-thalmic patients waiting time probability distribution and according to the obtained admission in patients with, operation time of confidence interval, and ultimately determine the best bed allocation scheme. Results The hospital of ophthalmology in different types of patients, operative time system Statistical that new bed optimization statistical models, namely the M /g/ M system. The system effectively established ophthalmology ward with the allocation process in the shortest time to stay and the best bed allocation model. Conclusion Compared with the traditional bed allocation model, ophthalmology sickbed allocation optimization model is not only more scientific, reasonable, and patients waiting for length of stay is shorter, it is worthy of popularization and application.
