目的探究开放性手外伤医院感染因素以及对调查结果进行研究分析。方法对乡镇医院的开放性手外伤的感染情况进行调查分析,分析开放性外伤医院感染的原因以及提出更好的预防措施。结果开放性手外伤医院感染主要因素包括:患者年龄、就诊的时间、创面受污染的程度、是否采取了急救措施等。在这其中伤口污染以及是否进行急救措施的处理是最容易导致感染的危险因素。结论乡镇医院在治疗开放性手外伤的过程中起到重要的作用,尤其是手外伤人员的急救第一站,对乡镇医院的开放性手外伤的感染因素进行合理的分析与研究,并且根据感染因素提出相应的预防措施,从而降低开放性手外伤的感染率。
