针对专利药品价格居高不下的问题,本文以医保目录外的专利药品为研究对象,进行药品价格机制研究。提出了进行药品价格谈判的目标,强调了建立合理的价格谈判机制所要注意的几点关键要素,明确的阐述了药品价格谈判的各流程环节及施行措施。

Aiming at the problem of high price of patent medicine, this paper takes the patent medicine outside health insurance as the research object, and carries out the research on the price mechanism. This paper puts forward the target of drug price negotiation, emphasizes the key elements that should be paid attention to in the establishment of reasonable price negotiation mechanism, and clarifies the process and measures of drug price negotiation.
