水泥窑协同处置污染土壤修复项目环境监理实践研究——以苏州市某化工厂为例

Environmental supervision for field remediation by co- processing polluted soil in cement kiln: a case study of a chemical plant in Suzhou city

以苏州市某化工厂污染土壤水泥窑协同处置项目为研究对象,结合实际案例阐述了环境监理工作不同阶段的控制要点;对环境监理过程中水泥厂的选择、长距离运输风险、开挖场地异味气体的影响控制等难点和问题进行思考,并提出了相应的建议。

the technology of co- processing polluted soil in cement kiln is maturing but the environmental supervision for such application in China is still rare. In this paper,we presented an example of environmental supervision： polluted soil from a former chemical factory in Suzhou was excavated and shipped to a cement kiln in Wuhan for decontamination. By this case,we elaborated the key points of environmental supervision at different stages of the co- processing,and gave some suggestions in selection of cement plants,risk control for long- distance transportation,and prevention and control for odors induced by excavation,so as to offer some references for future environmental supervision in field remediation by co- processing of cement kiln.
