水泥窑协同处置污染土壤修复项目环境监理实践研究——以苏州市某化工厂为例 被引量:10

摘要 以苏州市某化工厂污染土壤水泥窑协同处置项目为研究对象,结合实际案例阐述了环境监理工作不同阶段的控制要点;对环境监理过程中水泥厂的选择、长距离运输风险、开挖场地异味气体的影响控制等难点和问题进行思考,并提出了相应的建议。 the technology of co- processing polluted soil in cement kiln is maturing but the environmental supervision for such application in China is still rare. In this paper,we presented an example of environmental supervision: polluted soil from a former chemical factory in Suzhou was excavated and shipped to a cement kiln in Wuhan for decontamination. By this case,we elaborated the key points of environmental supervision at different stages of the co- processing,and gave some suggestions in selection of cement plants,risk control for long- distance transportation,and prevention and control for odors induced by excavation,so as to offer some references for future environmental supervision in field remediation by co- processing of cement kiln.
