柑橘渣在动物饲料中的应用研究进展

Research Progress on Citrus Pulp for Feedstuff of Livestock and Poultry

柑橘渣是柑橘加工业的副产物。柑橘渣营养丰富,其富含的纤维、色素、抗氧化物质可以显著改善机体免疫、动物生产性能及畜产品品质。将其用作饲料,不仅可以解决传统处理方法带来的环境污染,还能够缓解畜牧业和人类争粮食的矛盾。本文就柑橘渣营养特点及其在单胃动物、反刍动物饲料中的应用等几个方面进行综述。

Citrus pulp, the by-product of citrus industry, is rich in fiber, pigments and antioxidants. These substances can significantly improve animal immunity, performance and the quality of livestock products. Using citrus pulp as feed can solve the environmental pollution caused by traditional processing methods, and ease the competition between livestock and humans for food. This paper reviews the nutritional characteristics of citrus pulp and its application in the feeding of monogastric animals and ruminants.
