摘要
加入WTO，民族地区第三产业面临着多方面的挑战，如体制 不 适应、人才流失、弱化产业结构调整空间等；任何事物的发展都不是绝对的，有挑战就有机 遇，民族地区应抓住机遇，采取切实的措施，增强第三产业的国际竞争力。
After joining WTO, the tertiary industry in et hnic areas faces many-sided challenges, such as system inadapting, talent draining, r oom for adjusting industrial system being weakened, and so on. Nothing's develop ment is absolute. There are chances wherever challenges exist. Ethnic areas shou ld grasp chances and make feasible measures so as to strengthen international co mpetitive power of the tertiary industry.
