芪参益气滴丸治疗糖尿病心肌病心功能不全临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation on Treating Diabetic Cardiomyopathy Heart Failure with Qishen Yiqi Pills

目的:观察芪参益气滴丸治疗糖尿病心肌病心功能不全患者的临床疗效。方法:将80例糖尿病心肌病心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组在常规治疗基础上采用改善心功能药物、拜阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀钙等治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上加用芪参益气滴丸治疗。2组均治疗3个月。对比分析治疗前后2组患者的中医症状疗效、血糖血脂、脑钠肽(B-type Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)、6分钟步行实验、心电图及超声心动图的变化情况。结果:2组患者治疗后的中医症状疗效、血糖血脂、BNP、6分钟步行实验、心电图及超声心动图情况与治疗前比较均有明显改善(P<0.05);且与对照组比较,观察组改善的更明显(P<0.05)。结论:芪参益气滴丸在一定程度上能够改善糖尿病心肌病心功能不全患者的临床症状,改善患者体内代谢及左心室收缩和舒张功能,促使患者心脏功能的恢复和提高,改善预后,且无明显不良反应,临床值得推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Qishen Yiqi pills in the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy patients with cardiac insufficiency. Method： 80 cases of diabetic cardiomyopathy in patients with heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group; 40 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment; the control group was treated with the improvement of cardiac function; aspirin; atorvastatin calcium and other treatments.On the basis of the control group; the observation group was treated with Qishen Yiqi pills.Two groups were treated for 3 months.The effect of TCM symptoms; blood glucose and blood lipid; brain natriuretic peptide （B-type Natriuretic Peptide; BNP）; 6 minutes walk test; electrocardiogram and echocardiography were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results： After treatment; two groups of patients of TCM symptoms curative effect; blood glucose and blood lipid; BNP; 6 minutes walk test; electrocardiogram and echocardiography were improved significantly compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）; with the observation group showing a better improvement than in control group; there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Qishen Yiqi pills in a certain extent can improve the clinical symptoms; improve the metabolism and the function of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function; promote the recovery and improvement of cardiac function; improve the prognosis of diabetic cardiomyopathy patients with cardiac insufficiency; and no obvious adverse reactions.So it was worth using greatly in the clinical treatment.
