摘要
目的:观察电针对高脂饮食诱导的肥胖小鼠瘦素及脂联素的调控作用,探讨针刺减肥的机制。方法:C57小鼠随机抽取6只为空白对照组,其余54只用于肥胖造模,造模8周成功后将其随机分为模型组,针刺组和肥胖抵抗组,针刺组给予针刺三阴交、后三里、天枢、关元,其余组给予捆绑干预。观察小鼠体质量的改变,治疗结束后,检测附睾脂肪含量、Lee's指数,ELISA法测定血清中瘦素及脂联素的含量。结果:针刺组的Lee's指数与模型组相比有明显的下降,模型组的附睾脂肪湿重明显高于正常组,针刺组附睾脂肪湿重明显低于模型组(P<0.01),针刺组的瘦素和脂联素血清含量高于模型组,模型组低于空白组(P<0.01或P<0.05)结论:高脂饲料能够诱导部分C57小鼠发展为饮食性肥胖。电针对肥胖小鼠具有良好的减肥效果,并能够调节高脂饮食诱导的肥胖小鼠的瘦素及脂联素水平。
Objective: To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture on C57 obesity mice on serum leptin and adiponectin level and to explore the underlying mechanism of acupuncture in reducing weight. Methods: 6 C57mice were randomly divided into normal control and 54 C57 mice were feed with high fat food and for 8 weeks to make alimentary obesity model respectively. Then take obesity mice randomly divided into Obesity model and electro-acupuncture and diet resistant group, electroaeupuncture group was applied to "Sanyinjiao "; " Housanli" ; " Tianshu" ; " Guanyuan" ; others were applied to bind.After treated; to observe the body Weight; epididymisadipose mass and Lee' s index; The level of serum leptin and adiponectin in two group were estimated with enzymelinked immuno-sorbent assay. Resuits: The level of mice body weight; and Lee' s index in obesity model group were higher than that of in contrast group and the weight of epididymisadipose mass in obesity model group were higher than that of in contrast group and the weight of epididymisadipose mass; electro-acupuncture group were lower than that of in obesity model group (P〈0.01). The level of serum leptin and adiponectin in obesity model group were higher than that of in contrast group (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusion: It can induce alimentary obesity in part of C57mice can be induced with continuous high fat food; electro-acupuncture can reduce body weight.and regulate serum adiponectin and leptin level in the obesity model group.
