Reasons and Countermeasures in Bad Operating Situation of DCC Slurry System

中海油东方石化公司DCC装置于2015年2月1日二次开工后连续运行至今。2015年12月,分馏油浆系统出现运行状况变差的现象,严重影响装置的长周期平稳运行。2016年3月公司对油浆系统部分换热器进行清洗,发现换热器管束结焦结垢严重.并结合影响油浆系统运行的因素,详细分析运行效果恶化的对策,在工艺操作、油品性质、助剂、技术以及设备管理等方面进行优化,确保油浆系统长周期平稳运行。

This DCC unit of Dongfang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,CNOOC went into operation on February 1th.2015 for the second time and consistently operates until now.During December 2015,operation of slurry system began to turn bad,seriously affected the long-period stable operation of the unit.During Marth 2016,some of the heat-changers of this unit were cleaned,which were found seriously coke.In consideration of the reasons affecting the operation of slurry system,we analyze some countermeasures.We decided to optimize in technology operating,oil properties,textile assistant,management of technology and equipment,to ensure he long-period stable operation of the unit.
