中美顶尖智库比较分析及其启示

Comparative Analysis and Enlightenment China and the US＇s Top Think Tanks

目前我国智库发展进入一个高潮，但智库总体水平还有待提高。美国智库建设处于全球领先地位，因此有必要分析中美国智库发展中存在的差距，为中国智库建设提供经验。顶尖智库代表了一国智库发展的最高水平，本文根据《2015年全球智库报告》和《2015年中国智库报告》，选取中美两国48家顶尖智库，通过对智库的类型、运行模式、研究领域、服务方式和网络应用情况等方面进行比较分析，指出目前中国智库发展存在的不足，并在此基础上提出对中国智库建设的四点启示，认为中国智库应该从优化智库发展结构、改善智库运行模式、改革智库研究领域和加强智库宣传等方面进行发展完善。

At present, China think tanks development has entered a climax, but the overall level of think tanks should to be improved. US is a world leader in think tank construction , so it is necessary to analyze the gaps of think tanks＂ development that exist in the United States and China, and then provide experience for the Chinese think tanks＂ construction. Top think tanks represent the highest level of a country＇s think tank development .According to the article ＂2015 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report＂ and ＂2015 China think tank report,＂ we select the top 48 think tanks in China and the US , then comparative analysis the type, mode of operation, research field, service mode and network applications and so of think tank , and point out the insufficient of Chinese think rank .On this basis we put forward four enlightenments for Chinese think tank construction ： the Chinese think tank should he the optimization of development structure, improving aspects of the operation mode, ameliorating research reform and Strengthening propaganda to promote its development and so perfect.
