摘要
目的 调查分析采供血人员层级培训需求,改进层级培训。方法选择我省采供血机构工作人员251名进行调查问卷,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 血液及成分保存运输和发放的人数中30岁以下为120人,重要性认同率为70.13%;30-39岁88人,重要性认同率为50.21%;40-49岁为22人,重要性认同率为45.03%;50-59岁为21人,重要性认同率为60.25%。血液采集及服务的人数中,30岁以下为120人,重要性认同率为40.85%;30-39岁88人,重要性认同率为61.95%;40-49岁为22人,重要性认同率为69.35%;50-59岁为21人,重要性认同率为49.10%;不同年龄、工龄、岗位人员对培训内容的需求有明显性差距(P〈0.05)。结论 通过对采供血人员进行问卷调查分析,制定具有针对性的培训模式及内容,建立层级及评估体系等。
Objective To investigate and analyze the level of training needs of blood collection and supply staff, improve the level of training. Methods 251 staff of the blood banks in Henan province conducted a questionnaire survey and the results were statistically analyzed. The number of blood collection and services, the age of 30 was 120 cases, importance approval ratings was 40.85%; 30 to 39 was 88 cases, importance approval ratings was 61.95%; 40 to 49 was 22 cases, the importance of approval ratings was 69.35%; 50 to 59 wa 21 cases, the importance approval ratings was 49.10%; There were significant different in demand for training content among age, length of service, post staff(P0.05). Conclusion Through the survey and analysis of the blood collection and supply personnel, the training mode and content of the targeted training, the establishment of hierarchy and evaluation system, etc.
