摘要
目的探讨药学指导对中药不良反应事件的预防价值。方法在2014年3月~2016年2月本院收治的行中药治疗患者中随机抽取110例,其中对照组行常规治疗及护理,观察组接受中医药学指导,对两组患者的中药不良反应事件发生情况进行观察分析。结果观察组患者的不良反应发生率（5.45%）低于对照组（23.64%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在中医治疗中实施药物指导,可有效保证治疗的顺利进行和疗效的可靠发挥,有利于降低中药不良反应的发生风险,对于减轻患者痛苦,改善医患关系具有十分积极的意义。
Objective Discussion on traditional chinese medicine pharmacy guide prevention of adverse events in the value of reactions. Methods In March 2014 to February 2016 during the row of chinese patients randomly selected 110 cases in which the control group underwent conventional treatment and care,observation group received the guidance of chinese medicine,the two groups of patients with adverse reactions medicine events were observed and analyzed. Results Observation group were incidence of adverse reactions（5.45%）was significantly lower than the control group（23.64%）,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implementation guidance in chinese medicine treatment drug,can effectively ensure the reliable and smooth play of treatment efficacy,help to reduce the risk of adverse reactions medicine for alleviate the suffering of patients and improve the doctor-patient relationship has a very positive meaning.
