Economic Growth Effect of Technology Innovation in China

我国当前正处于技术创新的初级阶段,高新技术产业、新能源产业、高端装备制造业等尚未完成技术全面引进,在挖掘技术创新红利的道路上依然有很大的机会。因此,我国应该审时度势,抓住这一经济增长效应大幅增长的时期,努力挖掘技术潜力,顺利实现对于"经济新常态"的跨越。结合技术创新中存在的不足和当前的经济发展状况,我国应加速推动技术创新从外部引进向自主创新转变,加大对落后地区的技术创新要素投入力度,加强技术创新制度与技术创新环境营造。

Technological innovation in China is still on the initial stage. A comprehensive introduction has not been accomplished in the fields of high technology,new energy and high-end equipment manufacturing. There are still a lot of opportunities in exploring technology innovation bonus. Accordingly,after studying and weighing the situation,China should take advantage of the rapid growing of economic growth effect of technological innovation and exploit the potential of technology greatly so as to achieve the ＂economic new normal＂. Taking the defects in technology innovation and current situation of economic development into consideration,China should speed up the wheels of technology innovation transferring from outside introduction to independent innovation. In addition,China still need increase the investment of technological innovation elements in backward areas,improve technological innovation system and create technological innovation environment.
