摘要
主要针对浮选过程中难免离子对赤铁矿、石英和绿泥石的可浮性的影响进行研究。研究结果表明:Ca2+对赤铁矿、石英和绿泥石均起到活化作用,作用强弱依次为赤铁矿<石英<绿泥石;Mg2+对赤铁矿起到抑制作用,且抑制作用较为明显,对石英和绿泥石其起活化作用;A13+对赤铁矿、石英和绿泥石均起到抑制作用,对赤铁矿抑制明显,对石英和绿泥石抑制作用较弱;Fe3+对赤铁矿都有着明显的抑制作用,对石英抑制作用较小,对绿泥石起到先活化后抑制的作用。
This paper aim at to research effect of the unavoidable ion on the floatability of hematite, quartz and chlorite in flotation process. The resuit shows that Ca^2 +could activate the hematite,quartz and chlorite, action follows the order hematitequartzchlorite; Mg^2 +could activate the hematite but for quartz and chlorite Mg^2 +will curb them. Al3 +have obviously suppression effect on hematite, and have a small suppression effect on quartz and chlorite;Fe^3 +have obviously suppression effect on hematite, and have a small suppression effect on quartz and for chlorite within a certain amount of the range, for the chlorite Fe3+play the role of activation before inhibition.
