摘要
目的:品管圈在急诊护理中的应用效果分析研究。方法:选取2015年1~4月对急诊科100例病患作为研究对象,采用摸球法分为观察组(n=50,品管圈)和对照组(n=50,常规管理),通过对患者的满意程度以及住院时间来评价活动效果。结果:观察组护理满意度98.0%明显高于对照组82.0%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=12.682,P<0.05);观察组住院时间(4.8±1.5)d短于对照组(6.5±2.1)d,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.658,P<0.05)。结论:品管圈模式应用于急诊护理工作中有效的提高了患者的满意度,缩减了患者的住院时间,值得临床推广。
Objective:Quality control loop in the application of emergency nursing effect analysis.Methods:choose 2015 1~4 month for 100 patients from the emergency department as the research object, adopt touch ball method divided into observation group (n=50, quality control circles) and the control group (n=50,the conventional management), based on the patient's satisfaction and the length of time to evaluate the efficacy of the activity.Results:the nursing satisfaction 98.0% observation group was obviously higher than that of control group 82.0%, difference is statistically significant (χ2=12.682,P〈0.05); Observation group length of hospital stay (4.8±1.5) d shorter than the control group (6.5±2.1) d, statistically significant difference (t=4.658,P〈4.658).Conclusion:the quality control circle model is applied to effectively improve the patients in emergency nursing satisfaction, reduce the patient's hospital stay, worth clinical promotion.
