摘要
研究硫黄、促进剂和防焦剂的预分散母粒在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:用硫黄、促进剂和防焦剂预分散母粒替代传统的粉末助剂,胶料的硬度、300%定伸应力、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、撕裂强度和耐磨性能提高,成品轮胎的耐久性能改善。预分散母粒可以减小炼胶过程中助剂的质量损失,改善工作环境,提高胶料性能。
Masterbatch with pre-dispersed sulfur, accelerator and scorch retarder were studied in thetread compound of TBR tire. The experimental results showed that, compared with the use of traditional powder type additives directly, the hardness, tensile modulus at 300% elongation, tensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength and abrasion resistance of the tread compound increased and the endurance performance of the tire was improved. Moreover, use of the pre-dispersed masterbatch reduced the additive loss during the mixing process, improved working environment and compound properties.
