摘要
大豆皮是现代制油工艺中的副产品,含有丰富的纤维素、半纤维素、果胶及无机盐,可作为粗饲料或精饲料添加到动物饲粮中。但由于大豆皮中含有大量的脲酶、胰蛋白酶抑制因子等抗营养因子,在畜禽利用上受到了一定的限制。文章对大豆皮的营养价值、在动物饲粮中应用及发酵大豆皮技术可行性等问题进行了综述。
Soybean hulls was a byproduct of oil extraction, which contains abundant cellulose, hemicelluloses,pectin and inorganic salt, and added into diets as roughage or concentrate. However, soybean hulls containing large amounts of urease, trypsin inhibitors and other anti-nutritional factors, which limits the application in animal diets.Therefore, this paper reviewed the nutritional value of soybean hulls, the application in animal diets and technical of fermented soybean hulls.
