摘要
湖湘张氏正骨流派是一个源远流长、传承脉络清晰、学术思想丰富的中医骨伤科学术流派,历时252年。张氏祖传正骨秘诀、五大手法、理论核心和骨伤辨证用药总诀历久弥新。其第六代弟子孙达武,考究并概括了流派指导思想,提出了正骨手法的十点要求,完善了治伤用药理论,阐述了伤科内治五点特殊性及损伤从血论治二十法,倡导"生命在于平衡",使得流派学术思想得到继承与创新。
Huxiang Zhang＇s Traumatology genre has long history, with distinct academic inheritance and contains a wealth of academic ideology, which lasted 252 years. The Zhang＇s ancestral bone-setting tips, the five techniques, the theoretical core and the Traumatology Medication Guidance are unfading till now. SUN Da-wu, the disciple of sixth-generation, who studies and summarizes the guiding ideology. He proposed 10 re- quirements of bone-setting manipulation, improved the theory of Treatment and Medication, expounded the five points of＂ traumatology treatment, and explained 20 methods of treating injuries from blood. He who promoted the theory of ＂life, inherit and innovate the academic ideology.
