危险源辨识是保证企业安全生产的基本要求,只有对作业环境和作业活动中的危害因素进行充分、全面的识别,并按照科学的方法对存在的风险进行评价,确定风险的程度,才能依此制定风险管控措施,消除或降低风险。炼化企业的化验室也存在很多的危险源需要进行辨识、评价和管控。

Hazards identification is the basic requirement to assure the safety in production of enterprises. In order to establish risk management and control measurements and achieve the risk reduction or elimination, risk factors must be sufficiently and comprehensively identified, along with the risk assessment in the reference of scientific methods to recognize the risk degree. Generally, hazards are necessary to be identified, assessed, managed and controlled in laboratory of petroleum refining industry.
