摘要
当前,服务化已经成为制造业企业获取竞争优势的有效方式。该文以上海制造业中的上市公司为样本,对其服务化情况进行了实证研究。研究发现:虽然上海制造企业的服务化已经成为普遍现象,但是大多数仍然处于服务化的初级或中级阶段;企业的规模、成立年限和所有制性质是影响制造业企业服务化发展的主要因素,服务化程度高的制造业企业明显具有规模大、成立时间长和国家所有的特点;制造业企业服务化程度与企业的盈利能力呈负相关关系、与企业的运营能力呈正相关关系、与企业的增长能力和偿债能力呈U型关系。比较而言,上海大型制造业企业的服务化"特性"突出,基本符合国外实证研究的假设,但是最终的实证结果却与国外实证研究的结果不符。上述研究发现,不仅从理论上突破了前期对该问题研究的结论,在实践上还为上海制造业企业服务化的战略决策和具体如何组织实施提供了参考依据。
The paper is an empirical analysis on servitizaiton based on the data from the manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai. It founds that servitization is quite common among Shanghai large manufacturing enterprises, but most of them are in the early or middle stage. The servitization level of state-owned enterprises is significantly higher than that of private enterprises and foreign enterprises. Manufacturing enterprises with higher servitizational level appear larger and exist for a longer period. Finally, the decision makers are more concerned about the relationship between the servitization strategy and the performance. Acoording, to the empirical study, we find that the coherence between servitization level and the profit ability is found negetive, operation ability is positive, growth ability appear "U" - type relationship.
