摘要
角色焦虑是一个多学科、跨领域、整合性的论域。从病理学上看,教师角色焦虑在生命体征上表现为教师以非理性与无助感为特质的心理枯竭,理疗之策在于赋予教师时空自由、统整教师职责疆界;从现象学来看,它导源于教师消极的生活体验,表现为教师对教学生活的倦怠和排斥,因应之道在于推展教师的赋权增能,改善教师的职业体验;从存在哲学看,它本质上是对"教师是谁"角色困顿的难以排遣,超越之途在于改善教师作为人的生存境遇、重构人作为教师的身份认同。
Role anxiety is a domain which is multidisciplinary,cross-domain and integrate. To be concrete,from the perspective of pathology,the reflection of vital signs of teachers' role anxiety is teachers' psycho-burnout whose personality traits are irrationality and helplessness,the therapy of which is that the freedom of teachers' space-time should be given and the realm of teachers' responsibility should be uniformized. And from the perspective of phenomenology,the origin of teachers' role anxiety is teachers' passive attitude,which can be seen from job burnout and repulsion of teaching and the measure that teacher empowerment should be developed and teachers' professional experience should be improved can be put. What's more,from the perspective of existential philosophy,the reason for teachers' role anxiety is the perplexity that who are teachers is still unsolved,the suggestion of which is that the survival situation of teachers as human being should be improved and the identity of teachers as human being should be reconstructed.
