摘要 丰满水电站重建工程克服原大坝加固治理过程中大量资料难以收集的困难,结合重建契机,利用BIM、虚拟现实、物联网、云计算、大数据、移动互联网等技术,成功构建了具有可视化、物联化、集成化、协同化、科学性特征的智慧管控平台。对工程建设安全、质量、进度进行全过程智慧管控,为工程参建各方提供统一沟通管理服务,解决了工程数据共享和协同问题,加强了施工过程的管控,提高了工程建设的管理水平。 In the construction of Fengman Hydropower Station Reconstruction Project, the difficulty of that a large amount of data is hardly to be collected during the strengthening and improvement of the dam is overcome, and then an intelligent management and control platform with the technologies of BIM, virtual reality, internet of things, cloud computing, big data, internet, etc. is successfully constructed in combinatin with the opportunity the reconstruction, which has the scientific features of BIM, virtual reality, internet of things, integratization, coordinatization, etc. A full process of intelligent management and control on the construction safety, contruction quality and construction progress is realized, thus an integrated communication management service is provided for all the construction participators, and then the problems from the sharing and coordination of the engineer- ing data concerned are solved, while the management and control during the construction are strengthened and the management level for the construction of the project is enhanced as well.
