摘要
基于教育服务贸易视角,通过测算成人高校生师比、成人高校毛入学率、成人文化基础指数、成人教育参与指数和成人教育时间投入指数,结合主成分分析法,定量分析中国成人教育国际化发展的潜力,结果表明:成人毛入学率和成人教育参与度较高,中国成人教育服务已具备国际化发展的条件。但中国成人高校生师比、成人文化基础以及成人教育时间投入较低,与发达国家有较大差距。基于此,提出中国成人教育国际化发展的建议。
Based on the view of educational service trade, through calculating the ratio of student and teacher, gross enrollment rate, the index of cultural basis, the index of participation and the index of time input in adult education, this article makes the quanti- tative analysis of internationalization development of adult education potential by using the principal component analysis. The results shows that, since the adult gross enrollment rate and index of participation are relatively high, the adult education services in China have the conditions of international development. But the ratio of student and teacher, the index of cultural basis, and the index of time input are in lower level, with a big gap compared with the developed countries. Based on this, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the internationalization development of Chinese adult education.
