摘要
论述了我国招投标方式与国际招投标方式相比存在的缺陷,分析了建设工程招投标与合同管理的关系,针对招投标阶段合同管理存在的问题,提出了一些防范招投标阶段合同管理风险的对策。
This paper discussed the existing defects of our bidding ways compared with international bidding ways,analyzed the relationship of construction engineering bidding and contract management,aiming at the existing problems in bidding stage contract management,put forward some countermeasures prevention of contract management risk in bidding stage.
