摘要
有机钼是一种具有优良减摩抗磨效果的润滑油添加剂。随着人们对油品质量要求的提高以及新的润滑油质量标准的提出,有机钼添加剂也在不断地朝低磷硫、无污染的方向发展。综述了有机钼添加剂的研究发展现状,对有机钼润滑添加剂根据是否含有硫、磷元素进行了分类介绍。根据种类的不同阐述了有机钼的润滑机理,并总结了影响不同种类有机钼摩擦学性能的影响因素和复配的研究情况,最后提出了有机钼研究中仍存在的一些问题。
Organic Mo is a kind of lubricating oil additive. With the improvement of the requirement to the lu- bricant quality and the proposal of the new standard to the lubricant quality, organic Mo additive is developing towards low sulfur and phosphor or pollution. The research progress of organic Mo lubricating additive is summarized, and or- ganic Mo lubricating additive is introduced in classification according to whether it contains sulfur and phosphor. The mechanism of organic Mo is expounded. Factors affecting the tribological properties of different kinds of organic Mo and research of their compounding are concluded. Some problems remaining in the research of organic Mo are put forward.
