环烷油填充EPDM/PP TPV的性能研究

Preparation of EPDM/PP thermoplastic elastomer modified by naphthenic oil

在双螺杆挤出机上采用动态硫化的方法制备三元乙丙橡胶/聚丙烯（EPDM/PP）热塑性弹性体（TPV）,研究了橡塑比的变化对TPV性能的影响及环烷油添加量对热塑性弹性体交联密度、拉伸性能、流动性能、回弹性和邵尔A硬度等的影响。结果表明：橡塑比在1.53~1.47之间,当橡塑比比值为1.47时,EPDM/PP TPV的综合性能为最佳;环烷油对TPV的交联密度没有影响,随着充油量的增加,TPV的熔体流动速率也随之升高,而硬度和回弹性降低,拉伸强度和100%定伸应力均呈降低趋势。环烷油充入量应保持在15%~20%之间。

The thermoplastic elastomer（TPV）of EPDM/PP modified by naphthenic oil was prepared by the method of dynamic vulcanization in the double screw extruder.The effect of rubber plastic ratio on TPV,and the effect of naphthenic oil on crosslinking density,the tensile properties,the flow properties,rebound resilience and shore hardness of thermoplastic elastomer were studied.The results showed that the rubber plastic ratio was between 1.47 and 1.53,The EPDM/PP thermoplastic elastomer showed the best combination properties when the EPDM/PP rubber plastic ratio reached 1.47.The mechanical properties reached the best value when the filling amount of naphthenic oil was between 15%-20%.The tensile strength,elongation and elastic modulus increases were all increased with the increasing of phenolic resin/accelerant.No effect of naphthenic oil on crosslinking density,TPV melt flow rate has been increased,the hardness and resilience is reduced,the tensile strength and100% stress have showed a lowering trend with the increasing of naphthenic oil content.Naphthenic oil filling the amount should be kept between 15%~20%.
