摘要
为实现活塞椭圆销孔加工的新方法,需要主轴轴心沿着期望的小椭圆轨迹运动。对一种液压伺服回路系统进行深入研究,利用回路中的电液伺服阀来主动控制轴心的运动轨迹。首先建立主轴的动力学方程,并联立雷诺方程、流量连续性方程及承载力公式,获得了轴心运动坐标与电液伺服阀控制参数的定量关系。最后利用MATLAB软件得到轴心运动轨迹为椭圆时,伺服阀的控制参数及静压油腔的压力参数,这为活塞椭圆销孔精密加工新方法的后续实现奠定了理论基础。
In order to realize the new method for the machining of the elliptical pin hole of piston,the shaft center should move on the expected small ellipse. A hydraulic servo loop system is deeply studied,and the shaft center movement orbit can be actively controlled with electro-hydraulic servo valve in the loop system. Firstly,the kinetic equation of shqft is built up. Combining the Reynolds equation, flow continuity equation and bearing capacity formula,the quantitative relation between shaft center movement coordinates and electro-hydraulic servo valve control parameter is obtained. A t lost, MATLAB software is used to compute the servo valve control parameter and pressure parameters of pockets when the shaft center mavement orbit is an ellipse. The above work lays the theoretical foundation for realizing new precision machining method of elliptical pin hole of piston.
