由于建筑行业的技术水平发展质量并没有与建筑数量齐头并进,竣工后的建筑物产生了一系列的质量问题,其中最让人头疼的就是建筑外墙渗漏问题。现在很多建筑行业的从业人员对于此类问题投入了大量的精力研究,也得到了初步的研究成果,对防止建筑外墙渗透问题提供了一定的解决方法或技术,然而收效甚微。通过对建筑外墙防渗漏施工技术措施进行初步探究,以期为建筑行业从业人员提供借鉴方法。
