建筑业商业模式研究综述

Research on Business Model for Construction Industry

建筑业的发展对国民经济整体运行有着重要意义。中国经济进入新常态后,产业结构调整已迫在眉睫。建筑业的发展与国家经济走势息息相关,必然需要主动进行产业转型及商业模式创新,以适应新常态下中国经济发展特点。本文在对中国建筑企业商业模式研究现状进行系统调研的基础上,结合新常态下中国经济发展新动向,以及当下大数据,物联网,"互联网+"等产业转型主流方向,对建筑业的商业模式转型进行了剖析,以期为中国建筑企业的商业模式创新提供借鉴。

Development of construction industry plays an important role in national economy. Traditional industrial structure is urgently needed to be changed with the economy stepping into a new normal. Construction industry is definitely among the first camp of industrial reconstruction and business model innovations to adapt to the new features of economy. With a systematical research on the business model in construction industry, we make a deep analysis on the direction of business model innovation with the consideration of some newly-presented contributing factors such as big data, Internet of things, ＂Internet＋＂. We look forward to see the contribution of this paper to some new ideas of business model innovation in construction industry.
