瑶医神火灸结合综合康复对卒中后肩手综合征患者生活质量及心理健康的影响

Effects of Yaoyi- shenhuo moxibustion combined with comprehensive rehabilitation on quality of life in patients with shoulder- hand syndrome after stroke

目的观察瑶医神火灸结合综合康复对卒中后肩手综合征(SHS)患者生活质量及心理健康的影响。方法将80例卒中后SHS患者随机分为2组,对照组40例采用综合康复治疗,治疗组40例在对照组基础上加瑶医神火灸治疗。2组均治疗4周后采用卒中专门化生存质量量表(SS-QOL)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对治疗前后生活质量及心理情况进行评定。结果治疗4周后,2组SS-QOL各项因子评分及总分均较本组治疗前提高(P<0.05),且治疗组精力、活动、情绪、自理能力、上肢功能、工作和劳动因子各评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后HAMD及SAS评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在综合康复治疗基础上加瑶医神火灸治疗,有利于提高卒中后SHS患者生活质量,改善患者心理状态,促进患者康复及回归社会。

Objective To observe the effects of Yaoyi- shenhuo moxibustion combined with comprehensive rehabilitation on quality of life in patients with shoulder- hand syndrome（ SHS） after stroke. Methods 80 patients with post- stroke SHS were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in control group were treated by comprehensive rehabilitation,and 40 cases in treatment group were treated by Yaoyi- shenhuo moxibustion on the basis of control group treatment. The stroke- specific quality of life scale（ SS- QOL）,Hamilton’s depression scale（ HAMD）and self- rating anxiety scale（ SAS） were evaluated 4 weeks after treatment. Results The scores of every SS-QOL factor and the total score were increased 4 weeks after treatment in two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the scores of vigor,activity,emotion,self- help skills,upper limb function,work,labour and total score in treatment group were superior to those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The HAMD and SAS after treatment were decreased in two groups（ P〈 0. 05）,and the decrease in treatment group was lower than that in control group,with statistical differences（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yaoyi- shenhuo moxibustion combined with comprehensive rehabilitation can effectively enhance the quality of life in patients with post- stroke SHS,improve the neurological and mental symptoms,promote rehabilitation and return to society.
