增塑剂RS735在丙烯酸酯橡胶中的应用研究

Application of RS735 Plasticizer in ACM and AEM Rubber Compound

考察了增塑剂RS735对丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)、乙烯基丙烯酸橡胶(AEM)性能的影响。结果表明,随着增塑剂RS735用量的增加,ACM、AEM胶料的门尼粘度逐渐降低,加工性能改善;ACM、AEM硫化胶的拉伸强度、100%定伸应力、硬度和撕裂强度总体呈减小趋势,拉断伸长率、压缩永久变形增加,耐低温性能明显提高。

The effect of ether ester plasticizer RS735 on the mechanical properties,aging properties and low temperature resistance of ACM and AEM was investigated.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of ACM and AEM compound was decreased with the increasing of RS735 content,the processibility was improved significantly;the Shore A hardness,modulus at 100% elongation,tensile strength and tear strength of ACM and AEM vulcanizated decreased with the increasing of RS735 loads,the elongation at break and compression set increased with the increasing of RS735 loads,and the low temperature resistance improved significantly.
