摘要
目的研究红旱莲(Hypericum ascyron L.)石油醚部位的化学成分。方法采用薄层层析、硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20和高效制备液相对其化学成分进行分离和纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从红旱莲石油醚部位中分离得到11个化合物,分别为:木栓酮(friedelin,1)、正二十八烷醇(1-octacosanol,2)、十一酸(hendecanoic acid,3)、正二十八烷(octacosane,4)、正二十六酸(hexacosanoic acid,5)、正二十烷酸(arachidic acid,6)、furohyperforin(7)、furoadhyperforin(8)、十八烷酸(octadecanoic acid,9)、正三十烷酸(n-triacontanoic acid,10)和正十八烷(n-octadecane,11)。结论化合物1~11均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Hypericum ascyron L.Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by TLC,silica gel,Sephadex-LH 20 column chromatography and HPLC.Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physicochemical properties.Results 11 compounds were isolated and identified as:friedelin(1),1-octacosanol(2),hendecanoic acid(3),octacosane(4),hexacosanoic acid(5),arachidic acid(6),furohyperforin(7),furoadhyperforin(8),octadecanoicacid(9),n-triacontanoic acid(10),and n-octadecane(11).Conclusion All compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
