摘要
通过对一个水稻新材料粤恢722的观察和研究,发现粤恢722虽然本身产量及产量性状较差,但具有强恢特性,其杂交后代表现出很强的杂种优势。通过对F2群体的基因定位研究,在第6、11条染色体上分别初步定位到控制结实率杂种优势和控制每穗粒数杂种优势的QTL各1个,具有在杂合状态下强于纯合型高值亲本的特性。
Based on observation and research on a new rice material Yuehui 722, a feature of super high- value parent heterosis was discovered in it even with poor yield and yield traits itself. After gene location research on F2 population, a QTL for maturing rate heterosis and a QTL for grains per panicle heterosis were located roughly on chromosome 6 and chromosome 11 individually, with a feature that the effect of heterozygous type was superior than homozygous type of high-value parent.
