摘要 胸腰椎骨折是临床常见的脊柱骨折之一,传统的治疗方法是经后路跨伤椎短节段椎弓根钉棒系统复位内固定,临床效果良好,但远期随访发生椎体高度丢失、螺钉断裂等较多。目前临床上因骨质疏松导致的胸腰椎骨折患者日益增多。而骨质疏松影响螺钉的把持力。
