慢性肾功能衰竭中医临床研究进展

Research Advances on Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Treatment for Chronic Renal Failure

慢性肾功能衰竭为临床常见疾病,中医药作为治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的重要手段,在提高患者生活质量、延长生存期、延缓肾功能进展等方面具有独特优势。对慢性肾功能衰竭的病名、病因病机和辨证分型进行系统综述,并对近年来中医药对慢性肾功能衰竭的辨证治疗、经方应用、中医外治法等方面的研究予以归纳总结,为进一步推广慢性肾功能衰竭的中医药治疗提供参考。

Chronic renal failure is a clinical common disease. Traditional Chinese Medicine,an important treatment of chronic renal failure,has inimitable advantages in improving the quality of life of patients and prolonging the survival,delaying the progress of renal function,ect. In this paper,the disease of chronic renal failure including etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation were reviewed systematically and in recent years,the research of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic renal failure syndrome differentiation and treatment,application of classical prescriptions,TCM external treatment was summarized,which can provide references for further promotion of chronic renal failure in traditional Chinese medicine.
