多重灾害下综放工作面安全开采技术研究

摘要 陕西彬长矿区胡家河煤矿自然灾害严重,该矿井存在瓦斯、水、火、顶板、煤尘、冲击地压等自然灾害。在综放工作面安全开采时,势必会遇到冲击地压、采空区防灭火、瓦斯积聚等问题。胡家河矿在401102工作面的开采过程中,通过采取超前顶板断裂卸压,帮部、底板大孔径卸压、煤层注水、上隅角抽放等多种防治措施,有效降低了采空区着火、瓦斯积聚和冲击地压发生的危险性,提高了矿井安全生产系数。本文对高瓦斯易自然冲击地压煤层综放工作面安全开采进行了讨论,取得了良好效果。 Shanxi Binchang mining area hujiahe coal mine of serious natural disasters, the mine existing gas, water, fire, roof, coal dust, rock burst and natural disasters. In fully mechanized caving face, it is bound to face the problems such as rock burst, fire prevention, gas gathering and so on. Hujiahe mine by 401102 mining face, by taking the lead roof fracture pressure re- lief and help department, bottom plate of large aperture discharge pressure, coal seam water injection, on the comer of drainage control measures, effectively reducing the ignition in goal, gas gathering and rockburst hazard and mine safety factor. In this pa- per, the safe mining of fully mechanized top coal caving face in high gas and natural rock burst is discussed, and good results are obtained.
