中药塌渍结合特定电磁波照射促进内瘘成熟的实用性效果评价

Evaluation of Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With TDP Irradiation on the Maturation of Internal Fistula

目的探讨中药塌渍结合特定电磁波(TDP)照射促进内瘘成熟的临床应用价值。方法选取内瘘术后患者60例为研究对象,术后1d采用此方法,30 d后统计术侧血管流量及血管直径与国内外参考文献对比。结果观察组患者术侧血管流量及血管直径均高于与国内外参考文献,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过推广使用观察中药塌渍结合TDP照射可以促进内瘘成熟,具有肯定的适用价值。

Objective To investigate stains collapse of traditional Chinese medicine combined with TDP irradiation promote fistula maturation of clinical value. Methods Selection of internal fistula after operation in patients with 60 cases as the research object, the postoperative 1 d using this method. After 30 d statistical operation side blood lfow and vascular diameter and domestic. Results Observation group of patients with vascular flow and vascular diameter were higher than the reference literature at home and abroad, the difference was signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is concluded that the application of the traditional Chinese medicine collapse combined with TDP irradiation can promote the maturation of internal ifstula.
