在供给侧改革的大形势下,煤炭行业安全生产形势严峻,煤矿安全生产监管面临新的挑战和机遇。云计算、大数据、物联网等新兴IT技术和产业的快速发展,为开发建设新一代煤矿安全生产监管信息平台提供了全新思路。论述了当前煤矿安全监管中存在的问题,提出了以"统规、统建、统维"思想为指导,以现有软硬件设施为基础,选用成熟的云计算技术,构建一个完善的省级煤矿安全生产监管信息平台,逐步实现安全生产信息"来源可查、去向可追、责任可究、规律可循",为煤矿安全生产形势的根本好转提供信息化支撑保障。

Under the reform of the supply-side,coal mine industry safety situation is serious,coal mine safety supervision is faced with new challenges and new opportunities.Cloud computing,big data,the internet of things and other emerging IT technologies and industries are developing rapidly,which provides us a new way of thinking that constructing a new generation of coal mine work safety supervision platform.This article discussed the present problems existing in the coal mine work safety supervision,and put forward an idea of build-ing a complete provincial coal mine work safety supervision and management information platform under the guidance of＂unified plan-ning,unified construction,unified maintenance＂,being based on current software and hardware facilities,selecting mature cloud compu-ting technologies,and gradually achieve the goal for work safety information of which＂origins are checkable,destinations are traceable, responsibilities can be held accountable,and rules can be followed＂,it provide the support guarantee of informatization for a fundamen-tal improvement in the coal mine work safety situation.
