Overall Conception of the Real Estimate Registration Management System in Changzhou

分析了常州市各类不动产登记系统建设现状,提出了分3个阶段推进不动产登记管理系统的建设,即过渡期不动产登记管理系统、不动产登记管理系统、三维不动产登记管理系统的建设,逐步完成常州市不动产统一登记。对各阶段系统建设的内容和总体框架进行构想,为建立市级不动产登记管理系统,接入全国统一的不动产登记管理系统提供了技术支撑。

This paper analyzed the information systems of the existing real estimate registration at first, and then proposed three stages to promote the construction of the real estimate registration, such as the transition period of the real estimate registration management system, the real estimate registration management system, 3D real estimate registration management system. Finally,the paper gradually achieved the real estimate unify registration in Changzhou.This study proposed the conception of the system architecture for each stage,which provided supports for the construction of the real estimate registration management system at the city level, and accessing in the national foundation platform of real estimate registration information.
